Canvassing

This ministry team meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 10am - 12:30. This ministry will distribute LBC material and gospel tracts placing them on homes in a mapped area. Occasionally, this ministry will also distribute flyers about upcoming events.

First Touch

This team focuses on ministering to people that visit us for the first time. Opportunities include greeting at the door; giving them information about classes, etc.; following up with calls, notes, and prayer.

Outreach Days

Four times per year we would like to reach out into our community in a very visual way. Neighborhood Evangelistic Picnics, Civil Service Day, Friends Day, etc. This team will help to plan events as well as doing all the preparations to facilitate the activity.

Visitation

Visits will be generated from the First Touch Ministry and from Prospect Cards. This team visits First Touch follow ups in their home with a special gift. Prospect cards are visited for Salvation and Rededication encouragement. This ministry will begin by contact being given to the team to visit with a partner on their own time schedule.

Shut Ins / Hospital / Widows

This ministry brings LBC to Shut Ins that cannot come to all of our services. This team visits nursing homes, widows and those in poor health. This ministry offers training of how to minister to shut ins and can be accomplished on your own schedule.

S.W.A.T. (Soul Winning Advance Team)

This team focuses on taking the Gospel door to door in confrontational evangelism. You will be constantly trained and sharpened before you go out. This ministry meets the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month.
